Every purchase helps us further our mission to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality, community-based services.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@cmcs.org within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
Shipping Locations
We only ship within the United States.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders reliably.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items returned outside the 30 day window are not eligible for exchange.
