Pledges

Pledges

What is a Pledge?

A donation pledge is an agreement by the nonprofit organization and the donor,
who promises to give a certain amount of money over a pre-determined period of time.

Why a pledge vs. a donation?

While they are similar, the most significant difference is the timing of the gift. Pledges are gifts that are given over an extended period of time. This is a wonderful way to show continued support if you hold a deep connection to an ongoing project or the agency’s overall mission.

How do we accept pledge payments?

Pledge payments can be made via cash, check or credit card and are processed securely through our Philanthropy department.

Your generous support allows us to maintain essential programs and services active for the children, families and adults with developmental disabilities who we serve. To set up a pledge or for additional questions, please contact us at philanthropy@cmcs.org.
